• Human Resource Management - Co-managed a staff of 35 professionals to include nursing staff, care providers, and facility managers; oversaw hiring and training in addition to performance management and company-initiated terminations. 

• Marketing and Community Relations - Primary contact for staff, residents, family members, prospects, community organizations, and the public; promoted positive relations and enhanced community image. Developed educational workshops engaging the public, family members, residents and staff in meaningful dialogue.

Program Specialist Aging Services - Senior Community Service Employment Program Administrator 

• Administrator, Medicare Improvements for Patients and Providers Act grant (MIPPA): Wrote and developed quarterly and final reports to the National Council on Aging; oversight of five SHIP grantees for LIS & MSP. 

• Aging and Adult Services: Assisted in fiscal oversight and program development of the 16 Area Agencies on Aging. Saved the State $160,000 in one fiscal year.
