Human Resource Management - Co-managed a staff of 35 professionals to include nursing staff, care providers, and facility managers; oversaw hiring and training in addition to performance management and company-initiated terminations.

Developed educational workshops engaging the public, family members, residents and staff in meaningful dialogue.

Program Specialist Aging Services - Senior Community Service Employment Program Administrator 

Administrator, Medicare Improvements for Patients and Providers Act grant (MIPPA): Wrote and developed quarterly and final reports to the National Council on Aging; oversight of five SHIP grantees for LIS & MSP. 

Aging and Adult Services: Assisted in fiscal oversight and program development of the 16 Area Agencies on Aging. Saved the State $160,000 in one fiscal year.

Marketing and Media Relations: Spokesperson for division programs, created division marketing plan.
