An NPRA Agent is an Individual Member and a professional who engages in the business of placement of senior adults with senior living communities and homes. An NPRA Agent must adhere to NPRA’s Best Practices and Code of Ethics, and be willing to be held accountable for his/her actions via NPRA’s grievance policy.

Senior Living Provider

NPRA recognizes that without Senior Living Providers there would be no need for Placement Agents.  Additionally, successfully working with clients requires a close working relationship and understanding between Placement Agents and Senior Living Providers. NPRA has developed the Senior Living Providers Membership. 

Senior Living Provider memberships are for providers that offer housing accommodations to senior adultsThere are two membership levels depending on the size of the Senior Living Provider.  


Small Residential Care Homes (18 beds or less)
One membership fee includes all locations within a Chapter area.
$249.99 per year or $29.99 per month

Senior Living Communities (19 or more beds)
Membership fee is per campus and includes a directory listing for each location.
$349.99 per year or $29.99 per month

Affiliate

An Affiliate Member is a company partner that works in the senior placement industry supporting senior placement agents and communities. Placement Agents rely on the services of other industry professionals in order to provide excellence in service to their clients. Recognizing the important role of these businesses, NPRA created the Affiliate Membership.

This membership category allows networking and relationship building opportunities for those servicing the Placement Industry. Affiliate members can attend NPRA local and national chapter meetings, are “searchable” through the NPRA website, and can serve on both local and national boards of directors. Affiliate Members do not engage in the business of placement and referral compensation, and must follow the NPRA Best Practices and Code of Ethics.
