Code of Ethics

Elevating Professionalism in the Senior Placement Industry.

A Professional Commitment to Protect, Serve and Advise with Integrity .

NPRA has established a Code of Ethics that NPRA agent members nationally pledge to abide by when serving their senior clients and their families. Through the Code of Ethics, NPRA prescribes a higher level of professionalism and standard of care from its members to ensure seniors and their families have access to resources and reliable knowledge when seeking quality senior housing options.

The NPRA Code of Ethics governs the ethical and professional conduct of NPRA agents, affiliates and Certified Placement & Referral Specialists (CPRS) when working with clients, the public and healthcare professionals.

NPRA agents and CPRS certification holders make a professional commitment to follow this Code of Ethics. Although NPRA does not guarantee or track compliance, NPRA investigates allegations of violations when received and takes appropriate disciplinary actions.
